Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

For Nordic & Baltic regions, delivery takes 1-4 days. Western Europe takes 2-5 days, and International orders take 5-14 days.

Where do you ship from?

All our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our medical-grade accessories, we only accept returns for unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery.
