1. General Return Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of our research accessories and medical-grade products, we have a strict return policy. We accept returns only for unopened, completely sealed products within 14 days of delivery.
2. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at hello@thepeptidekit.com. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return shipping address.
Products must be in their original packaging.
Safety seals must remain intact.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.
